I’d say “perseverance”! 💪 From the very first day since our official launch, we’ve spared no effort to create a different bank for you with a set of products and functions in the ZA Bank App: 1% p.a. interest rate that makes your savings account like never before; a convenient and fast borrowing experience with our 30-Minute Pledge; a simple and seamless way to transfer money with our electronic direct debit authorisation service “Easy Deposit”; and of course, ZA Card – Hong Kong’s first Visa card with personalised card number. What’s more, we’re proud to have gained the support of over 180,000 users within 6 months.
All these would not be possible without our perseverance to bring you innovative banking products and services. It was also exactly this kind of perseverance that drove us to go the extra mile and push ourselves beyond the “normal”. We choose to become a game changer, simply because we want to make banking better.
