1. “StockBack x ZA Card” Promotion: The promotion period is from 3 November 2025 to 30 June 2026, both dates inclusive. Each eligible transaction with the transaction amount of not less than HKD 10 by participants who use ZA Card with the savings account balance to spend during the promotion period will be entitled to one (1) StockBack Chance, and will not be entitled to any rewards of other ZA Card promotions that involve ZA Coin. All StockBack Chances will be valid for 48 hours. For each StockBack Chance, participants can select one of the six (6) stocks on the StockBack machine on the campaign page as their stock rebate (“StockBack Rewards”), and the amount of reward will be 1% of the transaction amount or a higher rebate amount under limited-time promotions launched by ZA Bank from time to time. Participants must hold a valid investment account and have activated the corresponding investment trading services within 90 calendar days after selecting the StockBack Rewards in order to obtain ownership of and receive the rewards. Otherwise, the rewards will be forfeited and deemed as waived, and ZA Bank will not reissue the rewards. “StockBack x ZA Card” Promotion is subject to its T&C.
2. “StockBack x ZA Card” Limited-time Promotion: The promotion is from 3 November 2025 to 31 January 2026, both dates inclusive. During the promotion period, for each StockBack Chance, the amount of the stock rebate selected by the participants from the StockBack machine will be equivalent to 2% of the transaction amount. During the promotion period, new customers, who have never opened any bank account with ZA Bank or held any product or service with ZA Bank (including, but not limited to, deposit accounts and loan accounts), select the “StockBack x ZA Card” rebate program and make eligible transactions within 30 calendar days after successful account opening (the first day is calculated as the day of account opening), will be entitled to an additional 1% stock rebate. This offer can be used in conjunction with the limited-time offer of 2% stock rebate, which the new customers can get up to 3% stock rebate. “StockBack x ZA Card” Limited-time Promotion is subject to its T&C.
3. “StockBack x ZA Card” Limited-time Promotion: The promotion is from 3 November 2025 to 31 January 2026, both dates inclusive. During the promotion period, the first 30,000 participants, who switch to the “StockBack x ZA Card” rebate program, make eligible transactions (excluding transactions made through Alipay and WeChat Pay) at the designated merchant categories within the specified period will receive a StockBack Rewards equivalent to 50% of the transaction amount (“Special Rebate”). During the promotion period, each eligible participant may receive a maximum amount of Special Rebate of HKD 200. In the event that the eligible participant concurrently meets the eligibility criteria for two or more promotions related to StockBack Rewards, the rebate the eligible participant receives will be the higher one. “StockBack x ZA Card” Limited-time Promotion is subject to its T&C.
