1. "Shake to win in this Year of the Horse" promotion ("Promotion") commences from 16 Feb 2026 to 17 Feb 2026, both dates inclusive ("Promotion Period"). Participants can participate in the "Shake to win in this Year of the Horse" promotion during the Promotion Period through the designated methods. Participants who collect 3 or 6 Lucky Codes containing the word 'Horse' from "Shake to Win" promotion during the Promotion Period will be considered as completing the respective ZA Quest and can claim the rewards. The “Shake to win in this Year of the Horse” Promotion is subject to its T&C.
2. ZA Coin is a third-party loyalty reward programme operated by ZA International Financial Services Limited (“ZAIF”), offering rewards for Participants. ZA Coin can be redeemed in ZA Bank App as 100 ZA Coins = HKD 1 as the current redemption rate. Cash will be credited to the Participants’ ZA Bank HKD savings account immediately after successful redemption. The maximum amount of cash that can be redeemed is HKD 10,000 per month, and the redemption of ZA Coin is subject to the "ZA Coin" terms and conditions. For details, please visit coin.za.group. ZA Bank will not inform Participants of any changes or latest announcements regarding ZAIF. ZA Bank will endeavour to provide ZAIF with the required information for this purpose, but ZA Bank shall not be liable for the accuracy of the deposit of ZA Coin into the participants’ "ZA Coin" account by ZAIF and for any errors or delays in deposit beyond the control of ZA Bank. 3. Participants must redeem the rewards in ZA Quest within seven (7) days after completing the quest. ZA Quest is subject to its T&C.
4. Millionaire PowerDraw: During the promotional period, users have the chance to get MillionTix by participating in PowerDraw or completing specific quests. ZA Bank will draw 100 of the MillionTix after each round. Users will receive an HKD 10,000 cash reward or other reward of equivalent value for each winning ticket they hold. 5. Member-Get-Member Programme (“MGM Programme”) : It commences from 29 Jan 2026 to 25 Mar 2026, both dates inclusive (“Programme Period”). The referee ( “Referee”) must have never opened any bank account with ZA Bank and held any product or service with ZA Bank (including but not limited to deposit account and loan account); and have successfully opened a savings account with ZA Bank with the Invitation Code. The referee will be eligible for the "Referee Account Opening Rewards" after successfully opening a ZA Bank savings account in Hong Kong. The referee will be eligible for the "Referee Achievement Reward" after meeting the achievement requirements. The referee will be eligible for the "Referee Deposit Reward" after meeting the deposit requirements. During the Programme Period, which consists of the following 8 phases, the top 20 Referrers with the highest total number of Successful Referrals during each phase will receive the "Referrer Leaderboard Reward". The referrer will be eligible for the "Referrer Deposit Reward" when the referee meets the deposit requirements. The referrer will be eligible for the "Referrer Achievement Reward" when the referee meets the achievement requirements. During the event period, if the referrer accumulates a specified number of referrals, they can receive an additional "Referrer Bonus Rewards". The above rewards will be issued within 30 working days after the conditions are met. The programme is subject to its T&C.
