1. Can I waive the ZA Credit annual fee?
The first year is free! After that, as long as you don't have overdue loans with ZA Bank, just go to our online chat and type "annual fee", and apply for a waiver!

1. ZA Credit is a revolving loan which can be used for retail purchase with ZA Card. A user can choose to settle ZA Card transactions with ZA Credit or HKD savings account balance. If a user chooses to pay with ZA Credit and the available credit limit of ZA Credit is insufficient for paying the entire transaction amount, or cannot be used, the transaction will be settled with the HKD savings account balance.

2. The longest period between the date of the transaction with ZA Credit and the next payment due date of ZA Credit is 56 days.

3. “StockBack x ZA Card” Promotion: The promotion period is from 3 November 2025 to 30 June 2026, both dates inclusive. Each eligible transaction with the transaction amount of not less than HKD 10 by participants who use ZA Card with the savings account balance to spend during the promotion period will be entitled to one (1) StockBack Chance, and will not be entitled to any rewards of other ZA Card promotions that involve ZA Coin. All StockBack Chances will be valid for 48 hours. For each StockBack Chance, participants can select one of the six (6) stocks on the StockBack machine on the campaign page as their stock rebate (“StockBack Rewards”), and the amount of reward will be 1% of the transaction amount or a higher rebate amount under limited-time promotions launched by ZA Bank from time to time.
