🔍 Transaction Enquiry (New!)

Hmm…You’re looking through your spending record, and something doesn’t seem quite right. You’d like to learn more, but what should you do? 💭 Check out our latest and new Transaction Enquiry feature! Get detailed transaction information and advice to help you quickly resolve any card transaction issues that you may have. All you have to do to raise an enquiry is to go to the ZA Bank App homepage > Activity > Transaction Enquiry.

💰 Increased Daily Spending Limit (Updated!)

This one is for all the shopaholics out there! 🛍️ We’ve increased our ZA Bank users’ maximum daily spending limit up to HKD 300,000 for greater spending flexibility! There’s nothing stopping you now from mega-sized or megabuck purchases, which means you can shop to your heart’s content! ❤️

To adjust your spending limits, go to the ZA Bank App homepage, tap on Account > ZA Card > Manage Transaction. Afterwards, feel free to adjust your daily spending limit as you like!

🪄1% Guarantor

What’s that wand sparkling away on the PowerDraw¹ page? Ah, that must be the 1% Guarantor²! 🌟 Just tap and use this magical tool for 88 ZA Coins, and get a guaranteed rebate of not less than 1% on one of your eligible purchases! As the 1% Guarantor can be redeemed once per hour, this means you can continually get back more for any ongoing shopping spree! 🤩

Go to the ZA Card page > PowerDraw > Items > Guarantor. Afterwards, assuming you have made an eligible purchase, tap on one of the Sur-prize Boxes to get your rebate not less than 1%!

✈️ Travel

Are you flying to someplace exotic? ✈️ Hold on a minute! Before you go, will you be spending or withdrawing cash with ZA Card overseas? What if your ZA Card transactions get blocked? 🤔 That’s precisely why we included the Travel feature, so you can have a smoother spending experience abroad!

From the ZA Card page, tap on Travel > Turn on the Travel button. Select the options for ATM Withdrawal and Card Spending, then input the country(ies)/region(s) you will be travelling to, and your travel period. Ta-da! You’re good to go!

🔒 Lock Card

Oh no, your ZA Card has gone missing! 😱 Before thinking about anything else, protect yourself quickly by freezing your ZA Card! That way, nobody can spend your ZA Bank account balance. From the ZA Card page, simply tap Lock card > Confirm. There! Easy-peasy, your money is safe now! 😌

1. “PowerDraw”: Each eligible spending transaction of no less than HKD 10 will be entitled to 1 PowerDraw Chance ("Chance"), and will not be entitled to other ZA Card rebate offers. All Chances are valid for 48 hours. Each Chance may give a rebate up to 200% of the transaction amount or other designated rewards. Probability of each reward is not evenly distributed. Rebate is in a form of ZA Coin. ZA Coin is a third-party reward scheme operated by ZA International Financial Services Limited. The rebate is capped at 1,000,000 ZA Coin (or HKD 10,000) per transaction. Terms and conditions apply.

2. “PowerDraw” Items: Participants can use ZA Coin to redeem "PowerDraw” items or by completing specified spending quests to get "PowerDraw” items under “PowerDraw” screen. Participants can check eligible quests under “PowerDraw” screen. Quests may vary. ZA Bank shall determine at its sole discretion whether an Eligible Transaction falls within the definition of and fulfils the specified spending quests, based on the transaction details defined by Visa or a merchant’s acquiring bank, and is determined by ZA Bank at its sole discretion. The effect, redemption price and time limit for different “PowerDraw” items are different. Participants shall refer to the description of each “PowerDraw” item under “PowerDraw” screen for details.
