(1) The actual turnaround time may vary depending on the circumstances of each individual application. There is a HKD 1,500 fee to open a Business Banking account online. For more details, please refer to the Business Banking Tariff.

(3) FX 50% Spread Discount coupons are applicable to FX transactions in:
(i) 1. applicable for currency exchange from CNY to HKD. 2. applicable to input selling amount of CNY 150,000 or above, or to input buying amount of HKD 150,000 or above;
(ii) 1. applicable for currency exchange from USD to HKD. 2. applicable to input selling amount of USD 20,000 or above, or to input buying amount of HKD 150,000 or above;
(III) 1. applicable for currency exchange from CNY to USD. 2. applicable to input selling amount of CNY 150,000 or above, or to input buying amount of USD 20,000 or above;
(IV) 1. applicable for currency exchange from HKD to USD. 2. applicable to input selling amount of HKD 150,000 or above, or to input buying amount of USD 20,000 or above.
(4) For time deposit, you may get (i) a +3.3% p.a. 1-month USD Time Deposit Rate-up Coupon and (ii) a +3.4% p.a. 1-month HKD Time Deposit Rate-up Coupon, and you can enjoy up to 4% p.a. with current basic time deposit interest rate of 0.75% p.a. (for USD)* and 0.635% p.a. (for HKD)*. The Rate-up Coupon is applicable to the deposit amount of USD 5,000 – 500,000 and HKD 10,000 – 1,000,000 respectively.
*The above basic time deposit annual interest rates is effective on 12 December 2023 and are for reference only. They will be subject to changes as per the prevailing market conditions, and the actual applicable interest rate shown on the time deposit transaction page shall be referred.
(5) Participant will receive email notification after eligibility is confirmed. Participant should follow the direction stated in the email to claim the Rewards from designated webpage with the Business banking accounts maintained with ZA Bank. The Rewards not claimed within the Programme Period will not be reissued.
