1. Each Group Lai See can be sent to a maximum of 50 people, with a total amount limit of HKD 2,000 (subjected to the limit for non-registered payee transfers and global transfer). Additionally, only ZA Bank users can claim it. You can send a maximum of 10 Group Lai Sees each day. The Group Lai See is valid for 24 hours after being sent out and cannot be cancelled during this period. Once it expires, you will automatically receive a refund for the unclaimed amount. Users also need to agree that their nicknames will be shared with other ZA Bank users who give and receive the Group Lai See before giving and claiming it.
2. Group Lai See cannot be sent to a specified payee. Any ZA Bank user can claim the Group Lai See via a lai see code or QR code. If you do not want strangers to claim your Group Lai See, please share the lai see code and QR code only with people you know. Avoid Sharing it freely on open platforms.
