Customise the settings for your card-not-present transactions! 💡

 

 

Take charge of your safety through preventative measures! 🛡️

 

Go to the ZA Bank App's ZA Card page, tap the “Set limit” button, and adjust your transaction limits on the “Spending limit” page! You can also turn off the function for card-not-present (“CNP”) transactions whenever you don’t need to shop online.  🛍️ So from now on, whether you decide to buy books, electronics, or groceries online, you’ll always be in control of your spending!

ZA Verify – a security feature that looks out for your safety! 🕵️

 

 

Stop for a moment! 🙊 Are you sure you want your transaction to go ahead?

 

ZA Verify is a security feature from ZA Bank that protects you from suspicious transactions. If you want to proceed with a transaction, go to the ZA Bank App, approve the transaction, and then initiate it after the approval. However, if you don’t approve, decline it, and your transaction will be protected! 😁

Digital wallet first-time verification📱

 

 

Are you linking your ZA Card with a digital wallet for the first time? We’ve got you covered too! Linking up your ZA Card with digital wallets for the first time, such as Apple Pay or Google Pay, will trigger a notification that asks for verification via the ZA Bank App. ZA Verify will be triggered instead when you try to pay via a digital wallet without going through this step.
