The ZA Bank App can only be better with your feedback! 🤝 We got feedback from the social community and customer service team. We also set up a survey to find out what you thought about the App. 📝 With that, here’re the 4 key updates we’ve brought you in the latest version 1.2.9:

🎮 ZA Quest – make banking more than that
A brand new ZA Quest feature brings you a gamified banking experience! Start your journey under the ‘More’ > ‘ZA Quest’ while waiting for your takeaway to collect our limited edition Zappy & Alfie avatars!😉

 

💳 Introduce credit card bill payment function

We understand the hassle of paying credit card bills every month. Don’t worry, we got you covered. 💪 We’ve enhanced our payment service covering all local banks’ credit cards. It only takes you a few taps to set it up in the ZA Bank App. Let us know your thoughts after giving it a try.

 

🍀 PowerDraw shows clearer reward details 

You told us you had a hard time knowing how much rebate you won from each draw. With the latest ZA Bank App we’ve refined it and from now on, you’ll be able to see the actual rebate % you get (hope you win the highest rebate ☺️).  

 

💸 Receive money from corporates easily 

Register your HKID as the FPS Proxy ID then you’ll be able to receive payments made from corporates and the HKSAR Government.
